Jeffrey Phillips has extensive knowledge and research experience related to trade policy and environmental regulations. His current areas of focus include the intersection of trade agreements and climate change policy, as well as zero emission transportation systems. Jeffrey previously worked in the Government of Canada as an analyst and Policy Advisor in the Deputy Minister's Office of Natural Resources Canada.

Jeffrey holds an MA in Political Science from the University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Public Affairs and Policy Management from Carleton University. He is completing graduate certification in Sustainability Management at Ryerson University.
