Through his professional and academic life, he has developed a deep understanding of sustainability frameworks, strongly embodiment of social and ecological value, and comprehension of the business drivers and business case for resilient and regenerative strategies.
Gabriel has proven experience in organizational and leadership development and change management in cross-sector organizations in Brazil, Sweden and the U.K. Gabriel seeks to empower communities, organizations and businesses to thrive in ways that don't jeopardise the wellness of society and the planet. He takes a systemic and design thinking approach, taking into account the environment, our society and the economy, to create integrated solutions for the sustainability challenge.
He holds a B.Sc. in Ecology from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and a M.Sc. in Strategic Leadership towards Sustainability from the Blekinge Institute of Technology.
