Asya Bidordinova is a doctoral candidate in urban planning at the University of Toronto. As a researcher and consultant, she focuses on sustainable urban policies and urban mobility.
Asya has extensive experience as a researcher and public policy analyst, having worked with the United Nations, Doctors Without Borders, and the Social Science Research Council (SSRC). In the past ten years, she has been working as a policy analyst and GIS consultant with organizations focusing on sustainable urban planning. As a policy researcher, Asya contributed to a five-year academic research project on climate and energy policies and inter-governmental relations in Canada, including a forthcoming book on these topics.
Asya holds a Certificate in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for Environmental Management. Her expertise includes policy analysis, data and GIS analysis.
